- Team must be declared upon registration.

Points, Miles and Records
- Riders are responsible for submitting their miles to the Secretary through the submission form. Riders may only submit miles for rides they completed. This serves as a notification to the Secretary to update the rider’s competition miles and points. Riders must submit their ride completion within a month of completing the ride (or, alternatively, when their ride miles appear on their AERC rider record) in order to maintain updated points values. If riders do not submit their miles for ride completions, they risk getting not being included by the Secretary.
- Points and miles are verified and recorded according to official AERC records.
- Points and miles are credited to riders based on official AERC rides where the rider earned a “completion”.
- Rides completed during the current AERC season (Dec. 1 of previous calendar year to Nov. 30 of current calendar year) will apply to the current year’s competition.
- Points and miles are credited according to the number of miles a ride is sanctioned.
- Point multipliers will apply as follows:
- Limited Distance Rides of 25-49 miles = Multiplier of 1
- Endurance Rides of 50-74 miles = Multiplier of 1.25
- Endurance Rides of 75-99 miles = Multiplier of 1.5
- Endurance rides of 100 miles = Multiplier of 1.75
- Points and rankings are updated and posted by the designated Green Bean Endurance Team Secretary
